The Letter of Intent is due June 20, 2023, and the full application is due August 15, 2023
Funding Criteria
- Proposal addresses a large, unmet need for improving human health
- Proposed solution is a product or service to be commercialized
- Team involves collaboration between investigators from two Virginia research universities (EVMS, ODU, GMU, UVA, VCU, VT) and an industry partner
- Proposal would result in increased revenues & job creation in Virginia, and would be able to secure follow-on funding for then ext stages of development and commercialization
- Minimum of 1:1 matching funds
