Sign Overlay District Update Related to Crystal Spring Tower Expansion

Carilion Clinic has applied to begin the process with the City of Roanoke to update the existing sign overlay district for the Institutional Planned Unit Development District (INPUD) area around Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. 

The INPUD includes the new Crystal Spring Tower and the new parking garage on the corner of Jefferson and McClanahan Streets. The proposed update will consist of new and existing signage that will be installed as part of the current hospital expansion projects. Updated signage will better direct patients and visitors throughout the hospital campus.
