Carilion Clinic Announces Strategic Revenue Cycle Partnership with Ensemble Health Partners
Carilion Clinic has announced that it selected Ensemble Health Partners, the market leader in revenue cycle management for mid-sized to large healthcare organizations, as its strategic end-to-end revenue cycle partner. Ensemble brings a combination of innovative technologies and exceptional operations that will drive world-class patient experiences and financial performance improvement.

Carilion’s revenue cycle operations will transition to Ensemble in September. Patients will not experience any changes and will continue to access Carilion services as usual.
All 780 Carilion employees involved in revenue cycle operations will be offered comparable positions with Ensemble. On the transition date, those who accept will become Ensemble associates and continue their work serving our patients. This transition will allow revenue cycle employees to have the latest technology advances and resources they need to optimize revenue effectively while also being a part of an organization solely focused on revenue cycle operations. Ensemble will provide the team with more growth opportunities and professional support while also allowing Carilion teams to continue to focus on providing exceptional patient care.
