Make the most of berry season with this refreshing recipe from Morningside Urban Farm.
Mid-to-late summer is black raspberry season at Morningside Urban Farm, where our Community Health and Outreach team loves using them to whip up these colorful berry parfaits in five minutes or less.
Berries are low in calories and high in fiber, vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants. They can benefit heart health and even help lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Plus, yogurt boosts vitamin D* and calcium for strong bone health.
The granola and berries offer plenty of sweetness, so if you've ever wanted to try plain Greek yogurt, this is the time.
