AVT, Auditory Verbal Therapy, is a specific approach to speech therapy to help children with hearing loss to use their residual hearing capacity (with supports of hearing aids or cochlear implants) to learn to develop listening and spoken language skills.

We have speech-language pathologists that specialize in a realm of feeding and swallowing areas for infants and children. These clinicians offer clinical and instrumental assessments, such as Modified Barium Swallowing Study (MBSS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES).

This clinic provides assessment and management of challenges that are unique to children with complex neurological impairments by a skilled pediatric physical therapist and rehabilitation physiatrist.

Our pediatric Physical and Occupational therapists utilize pools as a treatment approach to support meeting goals and functional abilities.
