I have been so pleased with Lauren Lane's and other personnel's care. And, I have, indeed, recommended them to friends.
She is young and didn't seem to realize I knew nothing about my problem. Perhaps more experience will help her to understand her patients need details related to their role in the recovery process.
She is very good care provider and spent time going over my conditions. I did get lost when she was describing the different types of skin cancer and conditions. There were too many terms I couldn't grasp into that quickly. Maybe a take home cheat sheet where she would highlight terms she mentioned so I could go over later would have been helpful.
Ms. Lane is an exceptional doctor. I am very glad to have her as my dermatologist following Dr. Timmermann's retirement. She is thorough, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable and I hope you will make her aware of this survey on my part.
