Biography
David O'Neil was born in Roanoke, VA and spend his early years in Southwest Virginia, living in Blacksburg and Floyd County. He briefly moved away to East Tennessee for middle and high school, before returning to the area. He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Virginia Tech before enrolling the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine. He stayed in Roanoke for residency where he served as a third-year chief resident before starting work full time with Carilion as a General Pediatrician.
Currently, Dr. O'Neil is an assistant professor at VTC School of Medicine and sees patients in the Rocky Mount office.
