I wasn't originally scheduled to see Dr. Saks that day, but they moved my appointment up 20 minutes sooner so she could see me and see how I was doing. It was supposed to be a 20min visit, but she stayed going over everything and answered all my questions without feeling rushed or uncaring/busy. The visit lasted more like 40mins and I am grateful for that kind of care....it's rare anymore.
