Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries)
1/3 cup plain, unflavored soy milk
1/2 banana, ripe
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Toppings: 1/4 cup frozen berries, 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds, 1 Tbsp. cocoa nibs
Preparation:
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large cup or bowl and add additional toppings.
  4. Enjoy immediately!
