Choose your adventure with this recipe, from sweet bell peppers to the hottest habaneros.

Sometimes mistaken as red cabbage, radicchio is a member of the chicory family and is often referred to as Italian chicory.

Our Dining and Nutrition team points out radicchio's numerous vitamins and minerals that can:

  • Aid in the health of your immune system
  • Build up the body's collagen supply
  • Support development of good gut bacteria

It is also great for heart health, preventing the hardening of arteries and helping to decrease cholesterol levels.

Plus it adds a nice punch of color and zesty bite to this summer side dish.
