Ingredients:
½ cup old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
½ cup 2% milk
2 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen mixed berries
Salt to taste
Preparation:
  1. Mix together the milk, maple syrup and yogurt in a small container with a lid.
  2. Add the old fashioned oats, frozen fruit, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Put the mixture in the fridge with the lid on the container for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. When ready to enjoy, add any additional toppings.
