Fill your kitchen with the smells of autumn.
Traditional apple crisp: loaded with butter, sugar and white flour.
This apple crisp: made with heart-healthy fats, subtly sweetened with maple syrup, free of white flour—and unbeatably delicious (if we do say so yourselves), with its cozy spices and crunchy pecans.
To make this healthy recipe, you'll need about 1 pound of apples, such as Honeycrisp or a similiar variety (bonus points if you pick them yourself).
