By Recipe Team on December 11, 2023
A grown-up version of everyone's favorite cookie.

This recipe from the American Institute for Cancer Research takes America's favorite cookie up a notch, gaining sweetness from Medjool dates and the rich, layered flavors of walnuts and dark chocolate. Pack them into a lunch box any day or serve them with fresh fruit or sorbet the next time you host dinner guests.
