  • HB501 (2017) is a bill to amend and reenact §54.1-3411.2 of the Code of Virginia and to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 32.1-162.5:2, relating to home hospice programs; disposal of drugs.
  • HB2165 (2017) Bill Tracking requires a prescription for any controlled substance containing an opiate to be issued as an electronic prescription and prohibits a pharmacist from dispensing a controlled substance that contains an opiate unless the prescription is issued as an electronic prescription, beginning July 1, 2020.
