RISE Nurse Residency Program

RISE (Residency for Inspiring Success and Excellence) is built to support growth, confidence, and well-being in your first year of nursing practice.

Program Overview

Welcome to the RISE Nurse Residency Program!

Through our partnership with Vizient Inc. / AACN, we’re proud to offer an innovative, evidence-based nurse residency program. It supports newly licensed nurses throughout their first year of practice and emphasizes professional growth, confidence-building, and overall well-being.

The RISE Nurse Residency Program is not an add-on to orientation—it's a comprehensive, year-long experience that supports nurses as they transition into professional practice.

Through RISE, participants experience:

  • Interactive learning opportunities
  • Mentorship from experienced nurses
  • Peer support and collaboration
  • Professional development activities designed to build confidence and competence
  • A continuous focus on wellness and resilience

Participants will also engage with subject matter experts and explore evidence-based topics that promote nurse well-being, strengthen clinical judgment, and accelerate professional growth as a registered nurse.
