About This Study
Summary
The implementation and evaluation of measurement-based care in transition to behavioral telehealth study is a quality process improvement study assessing how both patients and clinicians view the use of measurement-based care (particularly patient-reported outcome measures, or PROMs) in mental health care.
To be included in MBC, participants must be / have
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Receiving care in the adult ambulatory psychiatry clinic
- Able to provide assessments via email or cell phone
To be included in MBC, participants must not be / have
- Inability to access assessments through email or cell phone
