For patients who have been diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis who are not showing symptoms of the condition, such as fatigue and shortness of breath.

Protocol Description
Evaluation of transcatheter aortic valve replacement compared to surveillance for patients with asymptomatic severe aortic stenosis: prospective, randomized, controlled, multi-center study comparing the safety and efficacy of the Edwards SAPIEN 3 transcatheter heart valve as compared with clinical surveillance in aysmptomatic patients with severe, calcific aortic stenosis. Enrollment has closed.

Eligibility Criteria
- 65+ years of age
- Severe aortic stenosis
