Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- Must be 5 to 17 years old
- Clinically diagnosed and documented Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Therapeutic regimen must be stable for at least 30 days prior to screening visit
Exclusion Criteria:
- Is immunocompromised
- History of inflammatory bowel disease, bowel obstruction, diverticulosis, or colon polyps
- History of significant gastric or intestinal surgery
- Current use of an oral controlled or extended-release medication
- Current use of antipsychotics (e.g., aripiprazole or risperidone)
