This care provider went above and beyond including me in the imaging and discovery of where my extreme pain was coming from in my back. She called and messaged me on 'MyChart' with follow up after my procedure. She is the most excellent... care provider I have had in many years! She also took the time & effort to get my procedure sooner for me.
I cannot say enough good about... She is absolutely the best specialist I have ever seen. She pulled up my X-rays & MRI on her computer & pointed out my problem areas. She showed concern for my pain. She did not brush me off. She was concerned.
After I submitted a few questions on MyChart, Amy was kind enough to call me to answer them.

I was pleased to find out that, even though this visit to a Carilion Clinic was out of town to see a specialist, all my health records were available the same as when I see my Carilion primary care doctor at home. A note was even sent to my primary care doctor through My Chart. These folks are organized and professional in every way. I couldn't be happier!
