follow up after surgery please provide a WRITTEN sheet with after surgery care, restrictions, etc. I was informed verbally at the hospital in recovery by nurses. Due to pain, and anesthesia I did comprehend everything.

Dr. Greer did a wonderful job diagnosing my issue. He did his homework and knew all about my case before I had a chance to tell him and he even had the ball rolling about my upcoming surgery quickly.

This entire appointment was very good

Dr.Greer reviewed my test results & discussed them with me that same day in the office. He took the time to explain how the current results compared to previous ones & proceeded to answer my questions. He presented the typical treatment options for my situation and explained each in detail. He was very sensitive to my feelings & the emotional impact the news of the negative changes in my condition may be on me. Rather than jumping to an intervention with potential consequences, he opted for additional testing to rule out an additional concern. Ultimately, he gave me the possible options for management of my condition & allowed me to collaborate in the decision of where my plan of care should head, based on my test results, information presented, his recommendations & what I was comfortable with at this time. Dr. Greer didn't "sugarcoat" my situation, which I greatly appreciate. Yet he was very kind, caring & "gentle" in his presentation of the information I needed to know. He definitely made the anticipated not so great news easier to handle.
