Outstanding experience! This was the first time meeting Dr. Sharon Aroda for a scheduled consult as the previous medical provider retired. Dr Aroda was friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable - took the time to really listen, provided thoughtful recommendations, and ensured I understood the next steps, including scheduling follow-up testing. I especially appreciated that she had reviewed my medical history in advance which made the visit feel more personalized and thorough. The office staff were impressive as well - welcoming friendly, and very accommodating throughout the process. It was refreshing to have such a positive experience and I highly recommend this practice.
I always feel safe and cared for by my doctor and the rest of the Carilion team who help me with each visit. Thanks for having such a good team.
Dr. Aroda is the best. She makes me feel like she really cares. She explains in detail my meds and conditions and how side effects can happen.She never rushes you and I never mind waiting for her to come into the exam room because I know she is listening to her patients.
Dr. Aroda is a very compassionate provider. She always spends time with her patients and listens to them. Helps them with whatever they need. She's the best!
