Richard W. Mellon, MD

Dr Mellon attended medical school and completed his residency at Rutgers/ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. He joined the medical school faculty upon the completion of his training, where he served as the medical student clerkship director. He has been in private practice since 2000, most recently in Maine, where he served. as the medical director of his practice group and maintained a teaching affiliation with Tufts University School of Medicine. He enjoys the general practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology at several sites with Carilion Clinic and his participation in student and resident physician teaching with Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.
