Really like Dr. Hartung! He explains everything! Very thorough and caring.

I gave the provider a list of problems, and one was missed. I sent him a note, and he told me what his recommendation was about the problem and set up the treatment. It was not an intentional oversight, because I had a lot of questions. This is a new provider for me, and it will take a bit of time to get use to each other's way of dealing with things. My last Carilion Provider was Excellent, but has gone to Velocity care.
