Dr. Carstens was prepared for my visit. He took his time and was engaged in a mutual conversation about my particular issue. This was my first experience with Dr. Carstens and the ION Center. Very professional. Everyone was friendly and there was a seamless process from intake desk, to Xray, to the exam room. The only thing I wish I could see was some of the staff wearing a name tag so I could see their name clearly. I have already told folks what a good overall experience this was for me.
