I was somewhat disappointed when I received a call that my appt with Dr Hayes was being cancelled (she was out)but when the office called offering a PA at the same time, I decided to take it as I had already had one appt cancelled and it was 5 months since my previous annual. I couldn't have been more pleased with my time with Natasha Vietz. I would definitely choose her again!
