Biography
Linda Kirilenko, M.D. is a fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hand and upper extremity surgery. She grew up in New York and received her undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and earned her medical degree from Georgetown University on a United States Air Force scholarship. She completed her Orthopaedic Surgery training in Boston after entering active duty military service. She was a staff Orthopaedic Surgeon assigned to Malcom Grow Medical Center on Andrews Air Force base and deployed during Operation Desert Storm. During her last two years she served as Chief of the Orthopaedic Surgery Department. Following her active duty military service, she completed her Hand and Microvascular Surgery fellowship at the University of Virginia.
She joins Carilion with over 25 years experience in orthopaedics, working in private practice and a civilian contractor for the United States Army.
