Lauren provided such good medical information! She was well-informed, didn't rush me, and seemed to understand that I needed a lot of information about the medications we discussed. I felt that she was giving me honest and thorough information, and she helped me navigate the information about osteoporosis medication with a good level of detail. She sent me home with additional information. I went in feeling apprehensive and left feeling confident about my next steps. That's a pretty impressive turnaround, which I attribute to Lauren.
