I trust her knowledge of guidelines. Most of my family and friends appreciate being able to ask further questions about why something is recommended without the provider indicating annoyance or acting offended that you ask where to find the source of the recommendation.

Dr Clay always treats me with respect and is friendly, knowledgeable and caring.

I probably made Dr Clay's job harder bc I had not scheduled any follow up appointments with her for at least 3 years. I believe that was my reaction during Covid to avoid medical settings and appointments to avoid catching COVID. Dr Clay did not judge or scold me for not following up with her sooner. She quickly reviewed my medical records and immediately began responding to my concerns on that day. At the conclusion of my visit she reassured me and left me feeling much better about my situation than when I arrived. I greatly appreciate her sensitivity and look forward to hearing from her after my ultrasound in December. She is a knowledgeable and thorough physician who I value on my care team.

I love Dr. Clay! She has guided me through my thyroid diagnosis with wisdom and care.

During this appointment, this provider was in the computer asked a few question and gave an explanation, and then sent me for a blood test. I didn't receive a satisfactory check up.

I enjoy talking to the instruction were very good explaining to me.
