Kathryn Gall, NP was excellent. Very professional and thorough during my visit. She took time going over my medical history and answering any questions. Highly recommend!

It was a bit of information overload with lots of medical terms vs layperson terms. She gladly responded to questions, but it was a lot of info very fast (she commented on that herself). I do not have confidence that she would respond to follow up questions in MyChart. I mentioned I'd need to do some research on my own to understand it all, and she cautioned about going down a "google rabbit hole" but did not direct me to a good source to read up on my situation.

I came to ask about surgical interventions, but the conversation was limited to lifestyle changes I must make. The minimally invasive procedures I hoped might help me were not discussed in any detail.
