Biography
Dr. Liebesny grew up in New England. She completed her undergraduate studies in neuroscience and behavioral biology at Emory University in Atlanta and went to medical school at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in Chicago, IL. She returned "home" for residency and fellowship training in psychiatry and child adolescent psychiatry at Brown University in Providence, RI. Dr. Liebesny considers her areas of strength to be the treatment of eating disorders and OCD, as well as strong training in working with gender diverse youth and the children impacted by the child welfare system.
In her free time Dr. Liebesny loves to cook and spend time with family.
