I could not be more pleased with Jacob. He is down to earth, informative, and very knowledgeable. I can have a discussion with him and he's actually listening, not just clicking away on his laptop. He answers questions on MyChart in record time and in language that's very understandable. He is a very valuable member of your team.
I've had a time trying to shake an opportunistic infection. Jacob took time to explain why it's important to stay aggressive with known treatment options, a plan and timeline for what to do next should it continue to present as an issue, and to validate my frustration with its recurrence.
