It is bc of Dr. Pagan that I hv mastered mindfulness. He recommended meditation, I couldn't do that, but I'm on board w all things mindfulness & my healthy eating for the past 1-1/2 to 2yrs.
Dr. Pagan is an excellent doctor. He even was able to assist me in obtaining a difficult to schedule appointment with a Carilion doctor in another specialty.
