I saw Crista Saunders as a same day virtual appt. I usually see Dr.Ambroz who handles my pain mgmt but she was unavailable. Crista was able to speak with Dr.Ambroz previous to my appt and discuss how Dr.Ambroz normally handles kidney stone pain/breakthrough pain and was able to follow the same treatment plan. Her communication was key to providing me pain relief and care that I needed in a quick and timely manner
Crista has been awesome. She takes the time to listen, goes above & beyond, very smart & actually cares about her patients.
I'm always happy with the care I receive here. Blood work was done quickly also.
