While the initial appointment was good, the follow up has been lackluster. The Provider is quick to respond to messages in MyChart, however the responses seem very rushed and short, not providing a lot of information on follow-up test results and what those results could mean (with the exception of the last message sent). While additional testing was ordered and completed for one of my initial concerns, the provider has not addressed my follow-up questions in regard to this concern and that is very frustrating. I think the practice as a whole is fantastic, but I would not recommend this specific provider to friends or family looking for a new healthcare provider.
Again, the provider didn't ask me anything during the appointment, she was in the room for 5 minutes and never saw her again.
Earlier this year, I moved out of town but there was not doubt that I was going to keep Crista as my provider. I will continue to see her even though it's 1.5 hours away from my house. She's just that awesome!

Crista is an amazing NP, my visits with her are always personalized (she obviously knows about me and my medical history when she starts the visit) and efficient.
While the initial appointment was good, the follow up has been lackluster.
