She gave adequate explanations. The handout with the test results was a little bit difficult to understand once I got home . I had moderate hearing loss on the left But not enough to get hearing aids. She was quick and businesslike. Just gave me a general recommendation to use good "listening strategies." But wasn't very specific about any details on what that meant. She was fine and I would recommend her again if someone asked.

This provider told me that the result chart would be on myChart, which it was. That chart was difficult for me to interpret. She also specifically said that a description of our discussion and her explanations would be on myChart, but I have found not one word of explanation on myChart.

The care provider gave me a hearing test. She explained the results very clearly to me and told that I needed more tests to check out a problem or concern she found on the hearing test results. I agreed to more testing.
