Dr. Olsen is the perfect PCP, in my opinion. He takes time, is aware of PMH, and is actually interested in his patients. Rare these days!
I have been a patient at Carilion Westlake for over 20 years and while all of the physicians have been good, Dr Olsen ranks at the top along with Dr Merten who he replaced. I say that because of his ability to make me think I am the only patient he is dealing with that day---even though the waiting room might be packed and I know he probably treats several hundred patients. We are very fortunate to have Dr Olsen In our community.
