I have been a patient at the Westlake Carilion facility for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the staff and the treatment. Dr Olsen in my opinion is the best physician ever assigned here. His ability to listen and respond to any concerns is outstanding and he is able to connect my last visit with the current one in a seemingly seamless way. He is a terrific doctor and we are lucky to have him here.
Dr Olsen always makes sure you understand his instructions before you leave the office. And he gives you enough information so you can be involved in deciding which treatment option may work best for you.
Dr Olsen had clearly reviewed my history, encouraged questions and offered advice. Couldn't be happier.
Dr. Olsen is wonderful!! Other doctors could learn from him about how to listen and communicate with their patients.

Dr Olsen is awesome!! All providers could learn and thing or two for Dr Olsen. His care, and compassion he shows each patient is remarkable. We need more Dr Olsens!!
