Chantelle Drake is amazing. She listened to everything that I had to say, asked if certain tests would be okay with me and discussed the possible outcomes of the visit.
I really liked her and we understood each other well. I would go to her again.
Just a friendly note, I have a very rare and complex case and my provider has always been happy to see me and always smiling and volunteering to do whatever she can do to help my medical situation out, which is going to be a lifelong journey! Hats off to a wonderful provider that I am happy to call my own! We need more providers like her! It doesn't matter if you're a nurse practitioner, RN, LPN, A doctor, A healthcare administrative associate or A trash collector at Carilion Clinic none of this ever matters it is how you treat the patient!
