My A1C has risen and she ordered an additional diabetes medicine and made sure I understood how I was to use this medication.
I love Dr. Tsui's method of addressing problems. She gives a full range of options on how to approach the issue, which includes at home interventions as well as referrals or medication that may help, but she lets me choose the path forward and presents all the options.
Provider agreed to refer me to a pulmonary specialist and that happened.
I appreciate that I can always count on Dr. Tsui to listen to my concerns with objectivity and care. She is an essential part of my medical team.
We didn't find an answer but I realize not everything has an easy answer! I received effective short-term treatment and a referral.
Dr. Tsui has always been very efficient, but always willing to take any additional time I need to discuss concerns.

She listens to me, takes the time to address all of my questions and concerns, helps me with things and results I don't understand and provides holistic care and approach. With her I feel trust, she makes me feel comfortable and assured that everything will be addressed and I'm in safe hands. I could never find a better doctor than her.
