Bridgette Keene, NP, is amazing. Our experience with her for a special needs adult has been very good so far.
Before I visited Mrs. Keene, I was too timid as an elderly male to consider a female provider. As the result of her knowledge, concern and personality, I now have 3 female providers. She puts patients at ease like no one I have ever met.
I always receive excellent care from Bridgette L. Keene and her staff. I can't think of a single area in which my care could have been improved.
Bridgette Keene is definitely an outstanding asset to Carilion. She is professional but at the same time she makes you feel like you are important. She makes an otherwise unpleasant procedure go as smoothly as possible. I have 100 percent confidence in her as a health care professional.
