Very friendly and efficient. Explained diagnosis in medical terms, then everyday language, and then even explained to my son. He took the time to answer my follow up questions about timeframes, taping, and other things without taking it personally and answering with information to help me understand why he recommended that plan. Great visit and if needed in my child's sports career to visit ortho again, I will ask for him.

He was staight forward and informative. He seemed to be actively listening when I was talking. He printed out things that I could do or consider to improve my situation,

This experience w/this provider was better than previous one (he seemed in a hurry to come in, do the shot, and move on). THIS TIME, he spent a lot of time w/my questions and future decisions to make.
