Dr. Kelly was professional and extremely helpful. She explained a previos side effect clearly; something no other provider has been able to do. I understand a lot about medical issues and she spoke to me in a manner that suggested she recognized that. She corrected the daily dosage of one of my prescriptions. She was thorough in her explanations and attentive. This really increased my level of trust in her for the procedure.
