I like he was so confident in himself to admit he had no idea what caused the rash. But he started a treatment and told me to contact him in one week, if it wasn't working he would try something else. I really like his being open and talking to me like I am a person and involving me in the treatment discussion It was nice because I could not give him any ryme or reason for the rash.
