Looking for a healthy after-school snack? Make a big batch of these crisp apple chips that you and your kids can enjoy all week long!
“An apple a day keeps the doctor away” isn’t just an old wives’ tale. A good source of fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants, apples are one of the American Institute for Cancer Research's (AICR’s) Foods that Fight Cancer.
(Tip: Don't peel your apples! The peel contains a third or more of apples' cancer-fighting phytochemical compounds.)
