AI-Supported Clinical Notes

This tool listens to the medical conversation between you and your care team. Conversations from your visit are then transcribed into a draft note. Your doctor reviews the note, makes changes if needed, and then adds it to your MyChart medical record, just like any standard office visit note.

If your doctor uses this tool, they'll ask permission beforehand. You can choose to decline or stop it at any time.

How it works

• The tool listens and analyzes conversations during your visit.
• Only health-related information is recorded. Casual conversation isn't captured.
• If multiple care team members are present, their input is also included in the notes.
• Conversations are securely stored in the cloud, then transcribed into a draft note for your doctor to review before it's added to your MyChart medical record.
• Recordings are not kept long term and are deleted after 30 days.
