Carilion Clinic's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) includes a team of professional EAP consultants focused on developing strategic partnerships with organizations to effectively address challenges within the workforce. Using a broad-brush approach to resolve personal and workplace concerns, Carilion EAP strives to provide effective counseling, consulting, training and other services to management, employees and their dependents. With offices located in Roanoke and the New River Valley, Carilion EAP also maintains a national network of affiliate providers serving over 85 contracted business partners, available during business and extended hours.
