This 25–bed critical access facility has long served the Rockbridge County community. With over 280 employees the hospital admits over 1,500 acute patients each year. CSJH is committed to providing a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, specializing in imaging services, surgical services and therapy services.

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) visiting hours vary based upon the condition and needs of the patient. Only two immediate family members visiting at one time. Limit visits to 10 minute intervals.
Children under 12 are not permitted in the ICU.
From Interstate 81, take exit 188–B to Route 60 West toward Lexington. Turn left after the 4th traffic light onto Spotswood Drive. The hospital is 1/10 mile on the left on Health Circle.
From East Interstate 64, take exit 55. At the traffic light, turn right onto Route 11 South, toward Lexington. After crossing the Veterans Memorial Bridge over the Maury River, continue left onto the Route 11 South bypass. Take the first exit: Lexington Business District. Turn right at the stop sign onto Rt. 60 West, toward Lexington. Turn left after the third traffic light onto Spotswood Drive. The hospital is 1/10 mile on the left on Health Circle.
