Block Rotations

The Carilion Clinic Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency program follows the 13 block (4 weeks each) rotation format. The schedule below is a sample representation of our schedule. This is not an actual schedule as various rotation availability changes each year.

The rotations will occur at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital however we currently have ELAs (education letters of agreement) with Roanoke Ambulatory Surgery Center, Carilion New River Valley Medical Center and New River Valley Surgery Center.  Carilion faculty will work with the residents at each of these facilities.
