CARILION CLINIC INVITES YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR SECOND IMMUNIZATION TOWN HALL
This roundtable discussion will focus on how well the Roanoke region is doing immunizing its children. Representatives from local school districts, the Virginia Department of Health and Carilion Clinic will join several parents to discuss the challenges faced by local and regional efforts.
Immunization Town Hall is open to the public and we invite your participation! Points of discussion will include:
»» Where are we now? Are our children immunized?
»» What impact is the immunization issue having on the Roanoke region? Specifically, on our schools?
»» What immunization programs are in place? How effective are they? What hurdles do they face?
»» What opportunities exist to increase the immunization rate?
»» How can organizations work together?
»» Where should we be in 5/10 years?
Additional insights from you and other Town Hall participants are encouraged.
