Prevent Type 2 Diabetes / Read To Wellness
Are you at risk for type 2 Diabetes? Or maybe you've been told by a physician that you are Pre-Diabetic? If you answered yes, please plan to attend the four (4) week Type 2 Diabetes Prevention program from October 6 - November 3, 2016.
The Diabetes Prevention program includes a library issued study guidebook on Diabetes prevention, wellness coach support, optional nutrition and exercise opportunities and more! Read To Wellness is a different type of book club, where members read from one resource book, instead of from several books.
The kick-off event will be held on Thursday, October 6th in Rocky Mount! Pre - Registration is required. You MUST register by Monday, October 3rd. This Program is ongoing for twelve (12) months and meets weekly for (16) weeks to start. You MUST attend the first meeting to continue with the Program. Registration is Required!
