"An early morning walk is a blessing for the whole day" said Henry David Thoreau.  And how right he was!

Starting your day with a walk around town has many benefits.  It gives you a natural energy boost and you feel revitalized.  Physical activity early in the morning is helpful because it ensures greater mental sharpness for the rest of the day.  You also feel more active and fresh throughout the day.

Due to the hilly nature of town, this walk will be rated moderate in difficulty.  Please plan to war appropriate shoes and clothing - and please bring water for hydration.

    Pre-registration is not required.

We will meet at the Taliafarro Street Entrance of the hospital.   Hope to see you there!
